Biography
Pierluigi Basso (1969), Researcher and Adjunct Professor of Semiotics and Food Communication at IULM University in Milan and at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (Pollenzo, Italy), where he is also the Coordinator of the scientific area of Communication.
He is the Editor of the series “Teorie resistenti” published by ETS (Pisa).
He has published: Il dominio dell'arte. Semiotica e teorie estetiche (Roma, Meltemi, 2002), Confini del cinema.
