Salone del Gusto e Terra Madre – Customized Personal Shopper
Discover the Salone’s rarest products on a truly “custom-‐made” tour, exploring unusual cured meats, the diversity of Italian sheep’s cheeses, the complex world of beer or the Slow Food Presidia described by the people who make them. These are some of the themes the Personal Shoppers can use as the basis of a tour that will open visitors’ eyes and inspire their gastronomic curiosity. Each tour will include a guided tasting.
Cost:

Slow Food Presidia
The Slow Food Presidia products are unfortunately not widely known, understood or experienced by most attendees to Salone Del Gusto. This personal shopper would be an important moment of connection between Presidia “producers” and Salone Del Gusto attending “co-producers”.
During this tour it will be build a “Il Pranzo nel Piatto” of Slow Food Presidia products. The components of this “Il Pranzo nel Piatto” will include a cured meat product, cheese, bread, fruit or vegetable, legume or pasta, vegetable, cocoa or coffee.
