The UNISG Publications Report is a useful tool for getting to know the research activity conducted by the University of Gastronomic Sciences. Indeed, it offers an overview of the works produced by the professors, research fellows, research collaborators e PhD students of the University.
The report shows a framework of international research that develops by addressing the issues of food through different scientific-disciplinary areas.
