BIOGRAPHY
In 2011 she graduates in Systemic Design at the Polytechnic of Turin with a thesis that investigates the impact of major events and, focusing on the case study “Salone del Gusto e Terra Madre 2010” organized by Slow Food, develops a proposal for guidelines to implement the sustainability of the 2012 edition.
He has developed projects, conducted training workshops and impact assessment courses for Mercato Circolare srl (“educational area” coordinator), SocialFare | Center for Social Innovation (“Impact Design” team coordinator), NEMO – Cooperative for a New Economy in the Mountains, Barley Arts, Slow Food and Cittadellarte -Fondazione Pistoletto.
Today she is Research Fellow at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo (research project: NODES – Nord Ovest Digitale E Sostenibile), collaborates with organisations that promote the circular economic paradigm, develops graphic projects with social relevance and carries out research and pedagogical action with a local collective.
