UNISG is launching the following Winter and Summer Schools for 2025:


  • The Future of Wine (in Italian) 22 – 25 January 2025
  • Bread: From wheat to crust (in English) 23 – 25 June 2025
  • Sciences in the Kitchen (in English) 30 June – 3 July 2025

Short courses (from 3 – 5 days) dedicated to specific themes related to food and wine and explored through lessons, workshops and visits to producers. These courses are open to:

  • foodies wanting to feed their curiosity in an intense food experience
  • professionals who want to learn more about a specific sector
  • prospective students who want to have a taste of Pollenzo before applying to a course
